Drip Healthcare offers digital signage solutions for medical venues, enabling the display of curated content such as educational videos, news, weather updates, and advertisements from selected business partners. These services aim to enhance the patient experience within medical facilities.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Represent a legitimate medical venue or business partner.
Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Content Management
Medical venues have full control over the content displayed on their digital signage screens. This includes selecting YouTube videos and choosing trusted business partners for advertisements.
By uploading or selecting content, you affirm that:
You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and display the content.
The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Drip Healthcare reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Business Partner Collaborations
Medical venues may choose to display advertisements from selected business partners. These collaborations are intended to provide relevant offers to patients and support community engagement.
Drip Healthcare does not endorse or guarantee the products or services of any business partners. Any transactions or interactions between medical venues, patients, and business partners are solely between those parties.
5. Equipment and Technical Requirements
To utilize our digital signage services, medical venues must have:
A TV or streaming device compatible with ScreenCloud digital signage software.
An internet connection.
Drip Healthcare is not responsible for providing hardware or internet services. We may offer recommendations or links to third-party providers for necessary equipment.
6. Fees and Payment
Drip Healthcare offers its digital signage services to medical venues free of charge. Drip Healthcare may generate revenue through advertisements displayed from selected business partners.
Business partners may be subject to fees for advertising placements, as outlined in separate agreements.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Drip Healthcare, including software, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Drip Healthcare or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Drip Healthcare provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
